Monday/Wednesday/Friday, at 9 a.m. Pool Aerobics, 9 a.m. at the pool, on Monday/Wednesday/Friday (sunblock, sunglasses, hat, and noodle suggested). These classes free to KOA guests.

KOA Tone and Stretch Classes

Tuesdays 7:30 a.m. Join us for Tone & Stretch class, 7:30 a.m., Tuesdays (comfortable shoes, bring mat or towel). Class is free to KOA guests.
